"Just one more run" incarnate. Balatro wraps poker mechanics around a roguelike loop so perfectly that you forget time exists. The synergy discovery is endlessly satisfying — finding a broken build feels like cracking open a cheat code.
Arrived on mobile and that was a mistake for my productivity. One of the best games of 2024, no contest.
